Delivery is carried out by national express couriers. Depending on the type of product, delivery times may vary from the standard 3-4 working days up to 7, as also specified in the order details.

Shipping is free for orders over €100*. Joy Concept Store delivers its products throughout the European Community.

Joy Concept Store shall not be liable for any delays occurring during transport. Ownership of the products passes to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier.

*Shipping costs refer to standard weight/volume measurements (25x20x35 cm); otherwise, they will be calculated based on actual weight/volume. Shipping costs will also be charged on items sold at cost and/or below cost.
